  • January 21st, 2015 – Hampton GDC, Reckless driving by speed for 81 mph in a 60 mph zone. Outcome: reduced to defective equipment, a non-moving violation. Client had a good driving record and took my advice before court. I negotiated this disposition with the trooper before court. Some courts allow troopers to make plea agreements.
