  • March 29, 2018, Virginia Beach Circuit Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 92/55. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 19 over the limit.

  • March 30, 2018, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Speeding at 57/35. Disposition: Dismissed!

  • April 5, 2018, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 98/55. Disposition: Dismissed!

  • April 6, 2018, Newport News General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving for Failure to Maintain Control of Vehicle. Disposition: Dismissed.  The judge wanted to reduce it to improper driving but I showed him case law involving hydroplaning where the court ruled it should be dismissed.

  • April 6, 2018, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving for accident. Disposition: Dismissed!

  • April 9, 2018, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 93/55. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 84, simple speeding, non-reckless.

  • April 9, 2018, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving by speed at 85/55 Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 84/55, non-reckless.

  • April 11, 2018, Hampton General District Court, Charge: Tunnel Height Violation (Misdemeanor charge). Disposition: Defective Equipment, no points, and no misdemeanor.

  • April 12, 2018, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 82/45. Disposition: Reduced to 19 over the speed limit.  Attorney Finch in my office handled this case and did a great job for a high speed case.

  • April 12, 2018, Norfolk General District, Charge: Following too closely. Disposition: Dismissed.  We put on a trial and worked hard for this one.

  • April 17, 2018, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Driving Under Suspended 2nd Offense and Failure to Appear. Disposition: Reduced to failure to carry a license, a mere traffic infraction.  Our client’s Failure to Appear charge was dismissed when it was established that she had a baby around the original court date.

  • April 19, 2018, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving Generally. Disposition: Dismissed.  We politely asked the Trooper to drop this charge and he did!

  • April 23, 2018, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving for Passing a Stopped School bus. Disposition: Reduced to a traffic infraction, instead of the misdemeanor.

  • April 24, 2018, Hampton General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by speed at 89 in a 45. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 84/45, non-criminal.

  • April 25, 2018, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Speeding at 75/55. Disposition: Reduced to defective equipment, no points.

  • April 25, 2018, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Driving Under a Suspended License. Disposition: Dismissed.

  • April 26, 2018, Suffolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 90/60. Disposition: Dismissed.  I found a problem with the officer’s evidence and cited case law to the judge.
